  • For this, you can consume some biotin supplements after consulting your doctor.
  • They will help in promoting hair growth and making your lashes strong.

I personally had not tried any Supplements and still I got some results only with home remedies with healthy and clean diet.

Care

I used to rub My Eyes a lot and realized that it is hurting my natural eyelashes. I learnt this lesson little late so these are the tips which I am sharing to take care of your eye ashes .

  • Apart from doing all the above-mentioned things, it is important to handle your lashes and the area around the eye with care.
  • At times while removing makeup people end up rubbing the area roughly, which leads to the lashes falling off.
  • So don’t rub the area around your eyes rigorously while removing makeup. Instead, invest in a good-quality makeup remover which can remove your makeup easily without much effort.
  • Never sleep with the makeup on your eyes. Always remove it before sleeping.
  • Invest in good-quality makeup products because poor quality products can harm your lashes.
